My Easy Meal Planning Formula

Meal planning can be a blessing and a dreaded task. On one hand it can save you money and time when you are consistent in your planning and on another hand it takes time to make. With 5 children, a home to run and my own business, meal planning is necessary. Over the years I have tried numerous methods, subscriptions, Pinterest downloads and more. However, I always come back to what I have found works and makes the planning process easier. The meal planning formula takes a lot of the guess work and sets a foundation to build from week to week.
